By using our website, placing an order, or otherwise interacting with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase any Products.

3. Account & Registration

3.1 You may browse as a guest, but to make a purchase you must register an account.
3.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You’re responsible for maintaining your account credentials and ensuring any account activity is secure and authorized.

4. Product Information & Availability

4.1 We strive to display accurate product descriptions, pricing, and images. However, errors may occur.
4.2 We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies and to update information at any time without prior notice.
4.3 All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is unavailable after you order, we will inform you promptly and offer a refund or alternative.

5. Orders & Payment

5.1 Once you submit an order, we will send you an email confirmation. This does not constitute acceptance of the order. Final acceptance happens when we ship the Product or confirm availability.
5.2 Payment methods accepted: major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and any additional methods listed at checkout.
5.3 Prices displayed include applicable sales tax for U.S. customers. INTERNATIONAL customers are responsible for duties and customs.

6. Shipping & Delivery

6.1 Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
6.2 Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to carrier or customs issues.
6.3 The risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

7.1 Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unworn Products in original condition and packaging.
7.2 To initiate a return, contact support at support@vkajewelry.com with your order details. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions and return shipping label.
7.3 Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund method will match the original payment method.
7.4 Custom or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges unless defective.

8. Warranties & Liability

8.1 We warrant that Products sold through our website will substantially conform to their description at time of sale for 90 days from delivery. This warranty excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, or unauthorized alterations.
8.2 Our sole liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price of defective items.
8.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties—express, implied or statutory.
